The CPLM R-Base is a two-piece base assembly used to replace a pedestal that has become unserviceable due to age or accidental damage. The two-piece design allows the base to be assembled around new or existing cable facilities. |

This feature minimizes service interruptions at sites where the splice bundle, backboards with terminated cable facilities, or transmission equipment (load coils or build out capacitors) would prevent a one-piece base from being installed over the existing cable facilities. |
