Charles Industries has initiated a RoHS Readiness Program to prepare for compliance with the European Union Environmental Directives: Restrictions of Hazardous Substances (RoHS 2002/95/EC) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE 2002/95/EC).

Our RoHS Readiness Program’s main activities include:

Ø    Evaluation of, and preparation for, necessary changes in the material content of products

Ø    Evaluation of, and preparation for, necessary changes in the manufacturing processes
