With the Charles Repair Service, equipment
may be
shipped to Charles for testing and repaired or exchanged for a replacement
unit, as determined by Charles.

Products sent in for repair are repaired and
returned promptly, usually within 30 days.
Repaired equipment is warranted from the date of repair for 90 days
or for the remaining portion of the original warranty, whichever is
longer.

- For AdrenaLine products,
please contact Charles Technical Support at 800 607-8500 prior to
returning any equipment
- An RMA is not required for
equipment returned for repair. If
an RMA is desired, please contact Charles Inside Sales at (847)
806-6300
- To pay for repair charges
with a credit card (Mastercard/VISA), contact the Charles Repair
Service Center with your card information at the phone number
above.
- To pay via purchase order
(subject to credit approval), include a Repair Authorization Purchase
Order in the box with the equipment to be returned.
- For all returns, include the following information in the box with
the equipment being returned.
- Company name and address
- Your contact name and phone number
- Inventory of equipment being returned
- Particulars as to the nature of the failure
- Return shipping address
Pack equipment using
original cartons if available and electrostatic discharge (ESD) safe
packaging for electronics.
Ship the equipment, purchase order (if
applicable), and above-listed information, transportation prepaid, to
the service center address shown below.
