ISO 9000

ISO 9001:2000 is an international Quality Management System standard. This new standard places increased emphasis on Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement and Management Commitment. It forms the basis for TL 9000. Our registration to TL 9000 will encompass all the requirements of ISO 9001.

TL 9000

TL 9000 is an International Business Management Standard designed specifically for the Telecommunications Industry. TL 9000 encompasses ISO 9001 and best practices. It includes a common set of quality system requirements. The TL 9000 Standard was developed by the Quest Forum.
