February 13, 2008, Charles Industries, Ltd. announced that it had
sold the assets of the Multiplexer Product Line to Telco
Systems. Under the terms of the sale, Telco Systems immediately
assumed ownership of the multiplexer product line solutions

Telco Systems also assumed responsibility for all
